Pacific Unity loves the ability to provide small business, community groups and individuals the opportunity to sell and promote their wares upon the day, along with great pacific foods, arts and crafts, making for a truely diverse and sumptious day indeed.
For those coming down on the day you can expect to be treated to a Maori hangi, kina, rewina bread, smoked and raw fish, ratiroi/mussels, steamed pudding, fijian curries, cook island pumpkin puke, chop suey and tongan pineapple pies to jewellery and traditional and modern street wear, music, arts and crafts, and a whole lot more!
