The Pacific Unity Festival is a gathering of Pacific communities and the general public in Brisbane– celebrating together the multi-cultural diversity of Australia. The main aims of the day are to raise awareness of Pacific communities, their businesses, sport and the support services that are made available to help the community.

The event format this year brings together sport (touch football tournament), food, arts, community service stalls and live performances at a single venue. To make the day even better ENTRY IS FREE.

Pacific Unity welcomes all people irrespective of age, ability, gender, sexual orientation, religion, political view and country of origin.

“It is only by working together that we are able to break down the stereotypes, myths and misconceptions that have held us back for so long and to showcase to the world (and ourselves) that we are a people united, strong and proud”
